Halloween is never to early! Kids of all ages look forward to this annual evening celebration. But halloween isn’t just for us kids and adults, our dearest pets are also celebrating it.
Last October 24 was the “Great Atlanta Howloween Pet Parade” which started at 11:45 am at the corner of Highland and Alaska Ave to Freedom Barkway!
It was a fun filled event for everyone. Prizes were given out for the best costume. Prizes include 1 night “weekend stay!”, with breakfast, at Embassy Suites by Hilton, at Centennial Olympic Park which was donated by one of the sponsor.
Though this was a fund raising event to support all Park upgrades, registrations to join the contest that time was free.
The Freedom Barkway park is looking good at the moment….
but there is still a lot more upgrades to be done for our loving pet’s comfort and safety.
