Mugs on Milton is locally owned and operated. The shop came into being because of how much talk was going on in the Milton community about needing a local coffee shop.
The shop owner, Jenn and baker Gretchen live in the community and truly desire a place that is welcoming, warm, delicious, community-based, happy, and healthy. All of their baked goods are made from scratch right there in their very own kitchen.
They serve Thrive coffee; a brand that allows the coffee bean farmer to take their beans direct to consumer. There is no middle man, therefore, the farmer has more of a connection with the end product and received more revenue to support his/her family.
The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. I had a breakfast cookie when I was there and it was truly delicious!
