Alpharetta-Milton
The city’s celebration kicks off at 6 p.m. and is topped off with the annual fireworks display at dusk.

Roswell
The fourth annual BBQ & Bluegrass Celebration at Barrington Hall will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 4
The annual July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Roswell High School
Atlanta
Atlanta’s largest fireworks display is moving this year. The annual Fourth of July celebration usually held in Centennial Olympic Park is moving to International Plaza — the space near the Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Date: Wednesday, July 4, 2018
Time: Gates open at 6 p.m. Entertainment begins at 7 p.m. and fireworks are set for 9:45 p.m.
Travel: People attending are encouraged to ride MARTA. International Plaza is accessible from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium/Philips Arena/Georgia World Congress Center Station.
Cost: The event is free.

Woodstock
The city of Woodstock is preparing to host its annual July 4th Spectacular featuring a road race, parade, festival, and fireworks display on Wednesday, July 4.
The city’s events kick off at 7:15 a.m. with the return of the popular Freedom Run, the annual 5K that begins and ends along Main Street near Morgan’s Ace Hardware. Festivities continue with the highly-anticipated parade starting at 10 a.m.
Woodstock for the festival at the Park at City Center. From 11 a.m to 3 p.m., the entire family can enjoy music, food, arts and crafts, children’s activities and more.
Fireworks will go off at dusk behind the Target shopping center along Highway 92 west of Interstate 575.
Johns Creek
The city of John’s Creek festivities will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 3 at Newtown Park. Residents are invited to bring a picnic, pick out a spot on the amphitheater lawn and relax with the company of your family, friends, and neighbors. The city’s fireworks show beginning after sunset.
Sandy Springs
The city of Sandy Springs will soon light up with fireworks as the city hosts its sixth annual Stars and Stripes Celebration. The event will be held Wednesday, July 4 at the Concourse lawn.
