Here’s a screenshot from the most recent market statistics we’re studying. What a difference a few years make. This shows what it felt like to sell a home in the very height of buyers market vs. today. Inventory was so high, days on market was so long – it could be really painful to try to sell then. A home still needs to be properly staged, priced correctly and marketed to sell – but in this sellers market it’s much easier than it was then.
