Today there are 235 single family foreclosures on the market. At a high, 35% of all listings were foreclosures. There are 24,000+ homes on the market today…. That would have been more than 8000 foreclosures back then!
So while the foreclosure market has shrunk incredibly since then- there are still a few bank owned deals to be had. Here are 10 of my favorites:
